![]() ![]() Even if the receiver bit needs to plug into a powerpoint, that'd still be fine, its much easier to position the phone/fax near a powerpoint than it is a phone socket, at least in my case. I mean, its the same theory as a walkabout phone where the base station part plugs into the wall, and then you plug a wireless receiver into the phone/fax which turns it into the handset part. If it doesn't exist, it should, cos its a great idea and I dont see why it wouldn't work. Basically, I'm thinking of some kind of device that plugs into the phone socket, then you plug a receiver into the phone (or in my case a fax machine) which is elsewhere in the house, and it lets the phone/fax talk to the socket wirelessly. Ok, I'm sure something like this must exist, but I just have no idea where to look for it. ![]()
